Another exquisite build just completed: the full interior refurbishment of an old house in
Cala San Vicente, near Pollença, as part of a bigger project which includes the
eventual construction of a pool and terracing.

All services were renewed and interior walls were removed to create an open plan
living space, with bi-fold doors to the rear of the kitchen out to what will be the
swimming pool terrace.

Built-in benches were removed from the first floor roof terrace to greatly increase the
space and versatility of the area.

The bathrooms are accessorised with Hansgrohe taps, Zenith mirrored cabinets and
Zehnder towel heaters, all in burnished bronze, while the bronze electrical fittings are
by Corston.

With new exterior aluminium windows and interior wooden doors and wardrobes, it is
simply lovely.
