Then, we moved onto the full renovation of the interior and front entrances.

The existing flooring was removed and all services, including oil-fired central heating,
were renewed. Then Zarci natural stone, sourced in Pollença, was laid throughout the
house, first floor terraces and entrances.

Three bathrooms and a cloakroom were given total makeovers including built-in
shower shelves with LED lighting, coordinated coloured taps, vanity units and shower
screens. The elegant master bedroom ensuite is accessorised with burnished gold.

Kitchen and study swapped places, putting the kitchen adjacent to the swimming pool
area. This also allowes for a much larger kitchen, with an extensive island, ideal for
entertaining. The downstairs bathroom was extended to make it a comfortable ensuite
for the newly located study/downstairs bedroom.

As a final touch, all interior carpentry was replaced by made to measure solid oak
doors and wardrobes. It is absolutely stunning.
