A three storey house, in a location to be envied in Puerto Pollensa, had the kitchen, all the bathrooms, all the interior woodwork replaced and exterior areas retiled. It was then re-decorated inside and out.  Lighter colours in the kitchen especially make it a much more attractive area to work in and the re-oiling and replacement of teak cladding gives a new warmth to the terraces.  Of stand-out style is the amazing LED motorized ceiling light over the dining room table.
